This song results from the political experience of Victor Jara. Many times, he would sing for people during demonstrations in the street. During one of these demonstrations, anti-riot police used tear gas and water cannons to disperse the crowds--this experience led Victor Jara to write this song. The strange song name is a combination of the name of the Chilean police and the name of a multinational company which had great influence in Chile. During the song, you can heard sounds of rioting and gas gernades--the song was meant to show the environment surrounding singers during the political revolution in Chile. The involvement of singers in these kind of political demonstrations is an important part of New Song.

하라가 시위현장의 체험을 노래로 만든 곡이며, 누에바 깐시온이 정치적 변혁에 얼마나 직접적으로 참여했는지를 보여주는 작품이다.
